Religious Education: Registration Information

There is a registration form available on-line. If you prefer there are paper copies on the RE table in the Fellowship Hall (big room to the left of the front doors).

It is important for us to have contact information, the names of parents/ guardians and knowledge of any medical conditions, & allergies. It is also helpful if the Leaders and Guides are aware of any learning styles or behavioral concerns, so that we can provide the best setting for your child.

On the back of the registration form is a consent for photographs to be taken. You can sign this at the RE table. These photos will be used within the church to document the Studio experience. If they are placed on the website it will be without identifying information. If you have any concerns about this, please speak to the DRE. It is our hope that the children and youth will document many aspects of church life so that it can be shared with newcomers on the website and in person.
